PRAYER

🙏 God, it can be hard to wait sometimes. But even when I wait, I know You are with me. Thank You for always going before me—for preparing my future before I get there.⁣

+Thank You for the stories in Your Word that challenge me and help me grow. I don't want to just worship You when things are going well - You deserve my praise ALL the time.⁣

⁣

+Please help me to focus on You, and trust that You are in control of every part of my life. Any control I feel as though I have, I give it to You.⁣

Where is God in the storm? ⁣⁣

+There are times when God seems inaccessible. When you pray, you feel abandoned in your present circumstances. And not just abandoned, but terrified and even hopeless. ⁣

+Are you caught in a storm? Whatever trial you’re facing today, know this one thing: you can trust God to carry you through it.⁣

⁣

+He determines ‘the end from the beginning’ (Isaiah 46:10 NIV), so you will come out of this stronger and wiser. ☝️💪⁣

🙏 Father, I acknowledge Your power and sovereignty. You are the creator of the universe and I get to speak to You one-on-one.⁣

+Forgive me, Lord, for when I have thought that any situation in life was too big a job for You to handle.⁣

FAITH

💌 Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.⁣

+You might have obstacles or overwhelming situations staring you down, but you can have confidence in God's love, shown through His salvation, because of His faithfulness.⁣

+You can find rest in His peace and find strength in His joy. He has proven His faithfulness with every generation and has made good on every promise from the very beginning.⁣

+The authority of your faith rests in the One who made the promise. ☝️⁣

🙏 Dear God, I believe that you have been faithful to your people from the start, and I have confidence that you will be faithful until the very end.⁣

+That's not bad advice to follow when illness, family concerns, and other battles confront us, because we haven't been left to fight in our own waning energies.⁣

+God’s love isn’t fickle. It’s constant. He loves the imperfect, the broken, those who are weak and those who mess up.⁣

+When we fall, He’s there to lift us up. We’re His treasure, and we’re so beautiful to Him. 🥺⁣

🙏Wonder-working God, I hand over this battle to You. I trust in Your strength and Your promises. Thank You for Your love for me.⁣

FAITHFUL GOD

+Focusing on the steep climbs in life can prevent us from believing that God will bring us through.⁣

+But knowing He's with us, we can harness our uncertainties by faith as we trust God to help us overcome obstacles that once seemed impossible.⁣

+How can you become more courageous in the face of an impossible task? How do you feel when you've accomplished something you didn't think you could do?⁣

⁣

🙏 Father, thank You for being the Author and Perfecter of my faith, so that the measure of my faith-when I face obstacles-is reliant on Your strength not my own.⁣

+You are always good. No matter what is happening in my life, You are still good. Nothing can ever take Your love away from me.⁣

You Are Not on Your Own⁣⁣

+If we are living and breathing, we are going to fail, mess up, and make mistakes, over and over again.⁣

+If our response is to believe the lies of the enemy, we will be stuck in fear, but if we believe the truth of God’s grace, we will be able to keep moving forward in hope. ⁣

+Trusting God is a process. As we get to know him, to know who he is, his heart, and his nature, we find that he is wholly trustworthy.⁣

⁣

+We build a history with God that is strong enough to stand against every scheme and plot of the enemy.⁣

⁣

+Then when the storms of life come we are securely anchored in truth.⁣

⁣

+God is a good Father who goes before you, stands behind you, and walks beside you. We serve a good God who loves us and is worthy of our trust. 😊⁣

🙏 Lord, expose the lies the enemy has been speaking to me about you. I’ve been afraid to begin, and I’ve been afraid to keep going because I didn’t want to fail.⁣

+I need a fresh understanding of your power to strengthen me for the job and redeem my failures. Help me to see you rightly as trustworthy and good.⁣

I PUT MY HOPE IN JESUS

+In many cases, we will not know the precise reason for our suffering. But the good news is that God can and will use it for good in our lives, if we let him.⁣

⁣

+Hard times can draw us closer to the Lord. They can help us deal with things in our lives we'd rather ignore. They can soften our hearts and make us more humble.⁣

⁣

+They can increase our empathy for others in pain. Suffering can open up new ways for us to experience God's love and comfort.⁣

⁣

+Moreover, our pain can lead us more deeply into the heart of God, who chose to bear our sorrows, who came in Christ to suffer for us that we might enjoy the fullness of life.⁣

⁣

🙏God, thank You for always being good. Sometimes I worry, but I know that with You I am safe and protected.⁣

⁣

+So please help me to notice the ways in which You lead me each day so that I can live a life that honors Your will.⁣

⁣

+Thank You for loving me and for giving me the opportunity to have a relationship with You.⁣

⁣

+I give my future to You. Help me to trust in your goodness and mercy all the days of my life. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌☝️🌻🪄🖤

Pray in all circumstances⁣⁣

+Don’t try to gloss over the difficulties of your situation, but instead recognise your dependence on God for help.⁣

A Life of Thanksgiving⁣⁣

+How thankful are you when you talk to God?⁣

⁣

+Not only has God given us life and breath, but He has also offered us the free gift of eternal life.⁣

⁣

+God made a way for us to have a relationship with Him through the death and resurrection of Jesus.⁣

⁣

+That alone is more than enough for us to live in gratitude toward God.⁣

⁣

+That is why our hearts should be in a constant state of thanksgiving.⁣

⁣

+And yet, we often find ourselves complaining because things don't go the way we want.⁣

⁣

+We grumble because we don't have the things we think we deserve.⁣

⁣

+And the more that we complain, the more our hearts grow critical and bitter.⁣

⁣

+Thanksgiving is a spiritual habit that we have to intentionally develop through continual practice.⁣

⁣

+We can practice by taking time each day to talk with God and to thank Him for all He has done for us.⁣

⁣

+We can also practice by telling others how grateful we are for them.⁣

⁣

+So the next time you find yourself complaining or grumbling, take a moment to think about the love and goodness of God in your life.⁣

⁣

+Instead of complaining, express how thankful you are for who God is and what He has given you.⁣

⁣

+Keep a list of things you're grateful for and add to it throughout the week.⁣

⁣

+Watch as your heart and mind begin to be transformed by the simple act of thanksgiving. 🤗⁣

Brave and Unafraid 💪💝⁣⁣

+We can weather the storm even when the waves roll in; we know he is always with us; his promise and his presence are there. ⁣

+We don’t have to live in fear. God is in control; he has only goodness and hope for our future, and we can trust him as a good Father. ⁣

JESUS IS WITH US

+Jesus is with us when we face intimidation and trials. In the moments when we're urged to give in to pressure, we don't have to be afraid.⁣⁣

PRAYER

🙏 God, sometimes it’s hard to love others. But even when people are unkind, I want to choose to love them because You love them.⁣

+Encourage me to love others even when it’s challenging, and give me opportunities each day to go out of my way to show Your love to everyone I encounter. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️💓🌻🪄

UNAFRAID OF THE FUTURE⁣

+Our future is filled with hope. But if we are going to face our future, we must face our fears.⁣

⁣

+I’ve learned God’s presence doesn’t mean I’m fearless; instead, it means I can fear less.⁣

⁣

+We can look forward to the future because God is already there. As we face our future, the one God has mapped out for us, we can face it with hope.⁣

⁣

+He knows who we are, he knows who he created us to be, and we aren’t going to fall apart, because in his hands, in his plan, we don’t have to fear the future. 🤗⁣

⁣

🙏 Lord, I trust you with my future. I’m done fixating on all that could go wrong, and I’m ready to trust that you have filled my future with hope.⁣

+I’m looking forward to my future knowing whatever comes, you are already there. I’m ready to walk boldly forward into your plan for me! In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌☝️⁣

OUR THOUGHTS CREATE OUR REALITIES ⁣⁣⁣⁣

+We need to ask for a clear mind, peaceful heart, and extra strength and courage on our most trying days. Our most powerful tools will always be prayer and worship.⁣⁣

+We should take every fear to Jesus knowing that the battle is his and that we fight not for a victory but from the place of an already-won victory. 😊⁣⁣

⁣⁣

🙏 Lord, I don’t want to let a spirit of fear control my thoughts; I want to focus my thoughts on you.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+Help me redirect my mind to your truths every time I begin to spiral into worry and anxiety.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+Steady my thoughts, Lord, and clear my mind until I am only focused on you. Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Action Step: Ask God to open your eyes to unhealthy patterns of thought in your life. Make a plan of what you will do when these thoughts arise. You could pause to pray, put on a worship song, or speak scripture over yourself. 🤗

FAITH

+We may experience seasons of heartache, but we can trust that as we obey and follow God, He can redeem our pain.⁣

⁣

+In His love and wisdom, He can make good come out of it. Even if it does not change our circumstances, prayer changes us.⁣

⁣

+Prayer does not demand our will; it changes our perspective and hearts to desire God’s will.⁣

⁣

🙏 God, thank You for always being the One I can depend on. You have never, and will never let me down. I want to live in the freedom You've promised today.⁣
