Even When It Hurts…

Some Bible verses keep coming back to us again and again. Lately, for me, it’s Psalm 37:5:

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.”

The word “commit” means to roll something onto someone—to hand it over. Imagine rolling the heavy burden from your shoulders onto God’s.

If we’re honest, saying “Lord, I trust You” is easy in the moment. Living it out is harder, especially when life doesn’t go the way we want.

Jesus showed the perfect example when He prayed:
“Not as I will, but as You will.” (Matthew 26:39)

Trusting God means letting Him lead—even when it hurts. But when we truly place our burdens in His hands, we remember this truth:

Even when it hurts, God is still working for good.

๐Ÿ™ Prayer:
Lord, help me trust You with every part of my life. Teach me to lay down my burdens and follow Your will—even when it’s hard. In Jesus name, Amen. ๐Ÿ™Œ☝️✨

Praying for God’s Presence in the Pain

+Pain—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—can make you feel alone and overwhelmed.

+Minsan parang ang hirap mag-pray kasi pagod ka na. You may even wonder if God is still near.

+But God promises to be our refuge and strength, especially when life feels like it’s falling apart. Hindi man agad mawala ang sakit, His presence sustains us.

+He sees every tear. He hears every silent cry. And even when you don’t feel Him, He is still there—holding you steady.

+Instead of trying to be strong on your own, bring your pain to Him honestly. God is not afraid of your questions, your doubts, or your weakness.

+In fact, it is often in our weakest moments that we experience His strength the most.

+You may not have all the answers today, but you are not walking through this alone. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Prayer

๐Ÿ™ Lord, this pain feels heavy, and sometimes I don’t know how to carry it. Please remind me that You are near. Be my refuge and my strength. Hold me steady when I feel weak. Amen. ☝️๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿช„๐ŸŒป♡

God Is in Control

God Is in Control

+Remember, God is always with you and in control. When you accept Jesus as your Savior, His Holy Spirit strengthens and guides you, even in trials (Joshua 1:5).

+It’s easy to despair when problems seem overwhelming, but God promises, “…I will make a way in the wilderness and provide rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:19). Jesus is the way (John 14:6), and nothing is impossible with Him (Matthew 19:26). Even when one door closes, God opens another.

+Trust that God has the answers, His timing is perfect, and His love for you is beyond understanding. ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ™ Lord, I lift up my concerns and trust You to make a way. Help me remember that You are in control. Thank You for Your love, guidance, and plan for my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen. ☝️๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿช„๐ŸŒผ

Sunday ๐Ÿ™☝️๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ™ God, Thank You for proving that nothing is impossible for You. There is no sickness You cannot heal, no disease You cannot cure, no heart You cannot hold, and no darkness You cannot drive out.

+You are above all things, and it is by You all things are held together. So right now, I give You thanks for all that You've done, and for who You are. You alone are holy! Amen. ☝️๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒป

JUST ASK ✨

+Sometimes we find ourselves in the middle of a storm, hoping for change or something better, yet we forget to simply ask the Lord. One of the main reasons prayers go unanswered is because we never truly pray.

๐Ÿ’Œ Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God can do far more than we could ever ask, think, or imagine. Don’t be afraid to ask Him for big things. He is a big God who delights in blessing His children—not because we deserve it, but because He is good.๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ™Father, remind me that I can boldly come before You and ask for great things. You are able to do the impossible, and I trust You with every concern in my heart. Thank You for meeting my needs and for Your grace through Jesus. I am grateful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.๐Ÿ™Œ☝️๐Ÿค๐Ÿช„

Trusting God’s Perfect Timing

+God’s timing is always perfect, even when it feels like a delay. Waiting may be uncomfortable, but we can trust that He sees the full story.

+Often, we want God to act right away. Yet prayer is not just about asking Him to change our circumstances—it’s about growing closer to Him.

+Sometimes God’s greatest gift is the pause. In waiting, our trust deepens and our hearts learn gratitude. What seems like wasted time becomes a season of peace and perspective.

+When we thank God for His timing, we admit that His story in our lives is still unfolding.

+Even when we don’t understand, we trust that He is working behind the scenes for our good.

+Instead of focusing on what hasn’t happened, we choose gratitude for His guidance and care.

+As we practice this gratitude, we learn to rest in God’s sovereignty, confident that His plan is far better than our own—and always worth the wait.

๐Ÿ’ŒDo not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

-Philippians 4:6&7

๐Ÿ™ God, thank You for being my strength and my defense. You are always reliable and Your promises to me are always secure. I have nothing to fear because You are with me.

+You protect me, strengthen me, and go before me. You are all I need because You are my salvation. Thank You! In Jesus’ name, Amen. ๐Ÿ™Œ☝️๐Ÿช„๐Ÿฉถ

Praying While Waiting for God to Move ⛰️๐Ÿง—

+Waiting can feel like standing at a locked door, unsure if it will ever open. You pray, hope, and wonder, but nothing seems to change. The silence can be deafening, and the questions pile up: Has God forgotten me? Is He even listening?

๐Ÿ’Œ Psalm 27:13-14 echoes this attitude:
“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

+Waiting is not passive—it’s an active posture of trust, rooted in the belief that God is working, even when we can’t see it.

+If you’re in a season of waiting, know this: God hasn’t forgotten you. He sees your prayers, your tears, and your faithfulness.

+He works behind the scenes, weaving together a plan for your good and His glory. Waiting isn’t wasted—it’s a time of growth and preparation.

+Remember, God’s delays are not His denials. Even in the silence, He works in ways you cannot see. Trust Him to open the right doors at the right time. ๐Ÿ˜Š☝️

๐Ÿ™ Lord, waiting is so hard. I want answers now, but I trust that Your timing is perfect. Help me to rest in Your presence and believe that You are working, even when I can’t see it. Give me strength and patience as I wait for You to move. Amen. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿช„๐Ÿฉต
