Overcoming Fear 💌

+God made us, so He understands our weaknesses and our concerns. That’s why He put so many verses about overcoming fear in the Bible.

+Are you afraid of what you’ll face tomorrow or further in the future? God has already been there, and He knows what lies ahead.

+Are you afraid you won’t have what you need? God promises to supply your needs according to His riches in glory.

+Are you afraid you won’t be able to conquer the issues that you’ll encounter? The Bible says that He is more than a conqueror.

🙏 Father, I’m afraid. Gut-wrenching, overwhelmed, can’t-catch-my-breath afraid. The unknown of the days that lie ahead consumes me.

+I’m so grateful that You know what’s best for me—even when I don’t—and that none of the days ahead come as any surprise to You.

+Thank You for the gift of my Bible and for the precious promises found there that I can cling to when fear hits me.

+Even more, thank You for being a faithful God. Forgive me for forgetting that so often. Amen. 🙌☝️🌻🪄💜

God Is For Us 🌼⁣⁣

💌 The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?⁣

+When we remember who God is and what He’s done, we’ll be more likely to walk with hope when things are threatening to overwhelm us. ⁣

⁣

+What we fill ourselves up with every day is important. When we fill our minds with the truth from God’s Word, we’ll become so acquainted with it that when we’re faced with something that isn’t true, we’ll know.⁣

⁣

+When we worship God through song or praise Him while looking at His creation, it’ll build our spirits and will lift our focus from the daily trials we face.⁣

⁣

+When we walk through life with like-minded followers of Jesus, there’s built in encouragement for us in our experiences with them.⁣

⁣

+So, let’s remember that God hasn’t given us a fearful mindset. He’s given us one that contains love, power, and a sound mind! God is our salvation and our fortress!⁣

⁣

+Because when we remember and remind ourselves of the truth every day, we’ll stand strong knowing that when God is for us, nothing can be against us.⁣

⁣

🙏 God, when I consider all that You have made, I am in awe of You. Nothing compares to You! Thank You for loving me. And thank You for showing me what it means to belong to You. Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

Walking Through Life with God 🕊️⁣

+Every season of life has both ups and downs, positive and negative situations. On top of that, there are spiritual powers in this world that are trying to get us to lose hope.⁣

⁣

+In the midst of difficult seasons, or even persecution, it can be easy to forget that God is still present with us. He does not abandon us in the midst of suffering. Rather, He strengthens us and walks with us through the pain.⁣

⁣

+Because God never changes, He is able to strengthen and protect us through every experience in life. So take some time to thank God for His strength and faithfulness. Ask Him to help you, and to give you confidence in His power.⁣

⁣

🙏 God, thank You for Your faithfulness to me, even when I have been unfaithful to You. Thank You for Your presence in my life. You never leave me to handle my problems alone.⁣

⁣

+I know that You will continue to protect and strengthen me, as I continue to place my hope and trust in You. All glory is Yours! In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️🌻🪄🤍

FAITH

+Today we can put our trust in God’s faithfulness and choose to “invest” in faith.⁣

+Although we may not see an earthly restoration of every situation, we have the assurance that He’ll someday make everything right. ☝️⁣

🙏 God, I praise You for being a safe place of refuge. You are the Good Shepherd, and I can always find security in Your arms.⁣

⁣

+People may abandon me, but You will never leave me. Thank You for that promise! Today I seek rest and restoration in Your presence. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌🌻🪄🤍

SEASONS OF LIFE 🕊️

+Remembering God’s past kindnesses helps when times are hard. Challenging seasons come and go, but His faithful character never changes.⁣

+As we turn to Him with grateful hearts in remembrance of all He’s done, we discover afresh that He’s always worthy of our praise.⁣ 🙌⁣

⁣⁣

+So, in whatever season you find yourself, this is your season for this time. God has a plan. Lean into it.⁣

⁣

+Make the best of it and be prepared for the next, since no one is exempt from change.⁣

⁣

+Welcome it in and enjoy it, as you look forward to the many life seasons ahead.⁣ ☝️⁣

🙏 Father, You’re sovereign over all creation. I praise You because Your goodness doesn’t change, and You’re always with me.⁣

⁣

+You created the earth, and everything in it belongs to You. Please help me to remember this when I struggle to give my life, time, and resources back to You.⁣

⁣

+Please give me a spirit of generosity. I belong to You—so please change the way I think and act. In Jesus’ name, Amen. ☝️🪄🌻🤍

BE STILL 🕊️

+In life, it seems there is always so much that needs to be done and it is tempting to want to be active and get on and do it. But the Lord encourages you: ‘Be still, and know that I am God’ (Psalm 46:10). ⁣

🙏 Lord, forgive me for forgetting so often to thank you. Thank you so much for all your blessings.⁣

⁣

+Today I want to ‘Be still, and know that \[you are\] God’. I bring to you my fears, worries and anxieties.⁣

⁣

+Thank you that I can trust you. Thank you for your presence and the peace, joy, security and protection you bring. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🤍🌻

GOD'S PLAN 🕊️

+You don't have to hide your broken pieces because it is with the broken pieces of our lives that God constructs his biggest platforms from which he displays his glory.⁣

+God is not done with you. Regardless of what you've walked through, how many mistakes you've made, or who has counted you out, God is not done with you!⁣

⁣

🙏 God, I need a reminder of Your protection today. You know exactly what I'm going through, and You also know what I need.⁣

⁣

+Please help me to see my situation the way that You do. Change the way I think, and remind me that You are always with me. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻🤍

PRAYER 🕊️

🙏 Dear God, this life seems so hard sometimes. Yet I trust You to do what’s right, for me and for everyone. Help me live in Your hope, anticipating the day I’ll be with You.⁣

+Apart from You I can do nothing. Forgive me when I try to go it alone. I need You every day. I need Your wisdom and guidance in my life.⁣

⁣

+Strengthen my spiritual habits. Help me remain in You, and prune any unrighteous fruit I may bear. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻🤍

GOD'S PROTECTION 🕊️⁣⁣

+Life is not easy. We may face battles, opposition and even depression. The right response is to turn to God. Pray for God’s guidance, and his presence, his ‘joy and delight’.⁣

+Obedience is all about turning to God, trusting his goodness, no matter what the situation.⁣

⁣

+What we need in our darkness is the presence of God – and you can trust that is ultimately what you will find. ☝️⁣

⁣

🙏 Lord, thank you for all your goodness. Please send your light and your truth; let them lead me into your presence (Psalm 43:3a).⁣

⁣

+Please fill me today with your love and strength, joy and delight, faithfulness and wisdom. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌🪄💖🌻

When You Fall Down, Stay Down ⁣⁣

+The only way to overcome a failure is to walk straight through it. When we fall down and when we mess up, we cannot just push all the broken pieces into the corner of the room and step out and pretend to be fine, acclimating ourselves to our dysfunction.⁣

⁣

+We have to have a Psalm 51 moment that echoes the cry of David: “Create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Repentance cannot be overlooked. It is a crucial recurring theme in the life of the believer.⁣

⁣

+This is actually what Jesus told Peter to do prior to his denials. He said, “I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail.⁣

⁣

+And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” Repentance means “to turn around.” When we fail, we confess it, for we have the power to conquer only what we confess. ☝️⁣

⁣

🙏 God, strengthen me with the hope of Your bright light. Pierce through the darkness that tries to keep me from seeing You.⁣

⁣

+Thank You for being the light of the world. I do not have to fear the darkness, because you are with me. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌🪄🌻💖⚡

God's Goodness ❤️⁣

🙏 God, thank You for being my good shepherd. You selflessly pursue me, even when I doubt Your goodness. Time and time again You calm my anxious heart.⁣

+Thank You for carrying my burdens. I know You care for me and have my best in mind.⁣

⁣

+As I face the challenges of today and of the future, I thank you for the victories you have given us.⁣

⁣

+I do not rely on my own strength for the future but instead put my trust in you. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌☝️🌻🪄💖

Strength in Weakness 🕊️⁣

+Many of us experience times when we feel drained and powerless. When this happened to me, I realized how much I needed God.⁣

⁣

+He encouraged me inwardly through His Spirit and outwardly through the helpfulness of friends and family.⁣

⁣

+I had to let go of my independence for a while, but this taught me how to lean more fully on God.⁣

⁣

+Because “[His] power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9), we can have hope when we can’t meet our needs on our own. ☝️⁣

⁣

🙏 God, I want my life to display Your power, even in weakness. Help me to depend more on You each day, and to feel Your strength when I struggle. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌🌻🪄💖

PRAYER

🙏 Lord, it can be easy for me to entertain thoughts that are negative or harmful to me, but I want to have a mindset that reflects Your good and pure nature.⁣

⁣

+So please protect my thoughts and renew my mind daily. And as You do that, remove all negativity, and fill my mind with joyful thoughts. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙌☝️🌻🪄🤍

PRAYER

🙏 God, Thank You for giving me Your peace and comfort as I endure trials. Even when I cannot see what's ahead, I know You are with me, walking alongside me.⁣⁣

PRAYER

🙏 God, I love You and want to keep You first in my life. Show me how to better prioritize You and not take You for granted.⁣

+You are so good! Thank You for bringing joy, and countless other blessings to my life. There is nothing else I'd rather do than serve You.⁣

+Thank You for being with me and giving me strength. Free my heart from selfish motives as I choose to focus on You. ⁣

🙏 God, I boldly come before You with faith. I believe You are good and all-powerful. Remove my doubts and crush my fears.⁣
