God's will not yours

+No matter what you are facing, God understands your agony. He will never reject your plea, no matter how raw.⁣

⁣

+And He will never reject you for expressing your heart, no matter how raw.⁣

⁣

+Whatever you may face, you will find strength by turning to God and laying on Him all that you are bearing, allowing for Him to fulfill His will.⁣

⁣

+Will the problem go away? Will the issue you face be resolved? Not necessarily.⁣

⁣

+But what will happen is that your heart will become aligned with what God is up to, and you will find strength beyond your problem.⁣

⁣

🙏 God, I don’t always understand Your timing, but I want to patiently wait on You.⁣

⁣

+Please hear my prayers and comfort me when I struggle to understand Your plans. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️🥺

LET GO, AND LET GOD

+How many times have you prayed, and it has seemed like the Father turned a deaf ear to you?⁣

⁣

+I think it comes from a view that God is somehow our genie who is supposed to do what we ask.⁣

⁣

+The reality is God alone is perfect in wisdom and understanding, and He alone knows what is best.⁣

⁣

+God didn’t answer Jesus’ initial request because it fell out of the scope of His will. ⁣

⁣

+There are times when you and I will go to the Father with a plea, perhaps out of anguish.⁣

⁣

+And just like Jesus, our prayer needs to allow room for God to do what is in His plan.⁣

⁣

+Resting in His perfect goodness, you and I can with confidence say, “Let Your will be done.”⁣

⁣

+As you do, you can be assured that your prayers are indeed heard, whether they are answered as you’ve hoped or not. ⁣

⁣

+Even if your prayer goes “unanswered” as Jesus’ did, you can be assured that out of God’s will, good will always flow.⁣

⁣

+So put into His trust whatever you are facing today. Rest in His goodness.⁣

⁣

+As you do, you will find the strength and resolve to see the Father’s will done. ☝️⁣

⁣

🙏 God, in every season or situation - let Your will be done. Please be glorified through my life, and show me how I can honor You with my words and actions.⁣

Peace from God

+You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.⁣

+When I experienced peace in a season of difficulty rather than ease, I discovered that God’s peace isn’t an absence of conflict, but a profound sense of security even in distress.⁣

+It’s a peace that surpasses human understanding and guards our hearts and minds in the midst of the most difficult of circumstances (Philippians 4:6−7).⁣

🙏 Father, help me to trust You and have a steadfast mind. Thank You for the perfect peace that comes to me when I choose to trust You.⁣

+I want my life to be lived for Your glory. In moments where it is difficult for me to surrender my plans to You, please help me focus on Your vision for the future. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️❤️

A Prayer To Trust God in All Circumstances⁣⁣

🙏 God, You are worthy of all of my trust. But sometimes, it can be difficult not to let the world distract me from trusting You.⁣

+Please help me to trust You with all of my heart and mind, beyond my feelings, thoughts, and circumstances.⁣

⁣

+It can be easy for me to entertain thoughts that are negative or harmful to me, but I want to have a mindset that reflects Your good and pure nature.⁣

Take delight in the Lord

+Rather than pursuing the things you desire, if you delight in God he will give you the desires of your heart.⁣

+Letting God give you things is so much better than trying to get them for yourself. ⁣

+This is the key to guidance: bring the decision to God, ask him to act and trust in him.⁣

⁣

+It is a simple three-part process.⁣

⁣

+First, to commit the decision to God in prayer, asking him to open the doors that are right for you, and to close the ones that are not right.⁣

+Second, thereafter trust that he is in control.⁣

⁣

+Third, watch in faith for him to act as you continue on your ‘way’, in the expectation that God will act.⁣

🙏 Lord, keep me from fear, envy and anger as I trust in you.⁣

+You can be going about your business in life and then Goliath suddenly shows up to harass and intimidate.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+You may be dealing with sickness that is insurmountable and leaving you discouraged about the future.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+Perhaps you were suddenly abandoned by someone that once was a friend. Maybe you feel pushed down by financial pressure.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+No matter what it is you are overwhelmed by, it proves to redirect your focus, challenges your faith, and selfishly tries to steal your full attention and energy. It also challenges you to forget the faithfulness of God.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+Don’t allow today’s overwhelming situation to cause you to forget God. Remember what God has done in the past personally in your life.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+The Lord has saved you, healed you, protected you, guided you, warned you, comforted you.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

+May your testimony always be fresh in your mind and heart, so that when the giant comes trying to overwhelm you, you will refuse because you recall the miraculous power and promises of a faithful God.⁣⁣

By Faith⁣⁣

+One of the greatest assaults when being overwhelmed is the attack on your faith.⁣

⁣

+It is so easy and natural to believe the lie that you will continue to be overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, and defeated when you believe God isn’t for you, forget His faithfulness, fight in your own strength, and have the wrong perspective.⁣

⁣

+Faith is trusting and resting in the Lord. Faith is believing God’s promise and His flawless nature, no matter what is trying to overwhelm you.⁣

⁣

+Faith says, “Lord, at this moment, in this season, I feel overwhelmed. The giant is before me, but I thank you that you are greater than this giant, and your Word says…”⁣

⁣

+Faith is resting in God’s Word because a word can only go as far as one’s nature and character.⁣

⁣

+God’s nature is holy, perfect, pure, and good. Therefore, God’s Word is reliable.⁣

⁣

+Make it a priority in your life to pursue the Lord’s heart and His Word with all of your heart. Build your faith through what God says (Romans 10:17).⁣

⁣

+Ask the Lord to remove any doubt in the midst of what is overwhelming you. Be assured that the Lord is ready to overwhelm the giant.⁣

⁣

+Trust Him with your whole heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). Rest in the Lord; do not fear (Psalm 34, 1 John 4:18).⁣

⁣

+God doesn’t want you overwhelmed by the giant, but consumed by His goodness and grace. Be assured and confident that you will valiantly overcome (1 John 5:4-5).⁣

🙏God, You are my shield and Protector. With each new day, I want to trust You more and more with every part of my life.⁣

+But how can this be true? There are things I've prayed about for years without receiving a response.⁣

+I believe that as we grow in intimacy with God, aligning our hearts with His, we can learn to trust in His timing and care. We can begin to desire what God desires.⁣

+When we pray, we ask for-among other things-the things that are part of God's kingdom as described in Isaiah 65: An end to sorrow. Safe homes and full bellies and meaningful work for all people. Peace in the natural world.⁣

⁣

+When God's kingdom comes in its fullness, GOD WILL ANSWER THESE PRAYERS COMPLETELY. 🙌⁣

🙏 God, thank Tou for always hearing my prayers.⁣

+God does not say that there won’t be any troubles, but he does promise to deliver you from them all.⁣

+He is especially close in the tough times, ‘The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit’.⁣

⁣

+When you are going through a difficult time, you may not necessarily feel God is close, but he is.⁣

⁣

+I have seen, many times, the Lord’s love sustaining those going through great difficulties, in remarkable ways: ‘The righteous may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers them from them all’ (Psalm 34:19).⁣

⁣

+I would rather it said that the righteous won’t have many troubles, but it does say ‘may’ have many troubles.⁣

⁣

+I think if we didn’t go through the difficult times then we wouldn’t know that God is a deliverer and that we can trust him in those times.☝️⁣

🙏God, sometimes life isn't easy. But with Your help, there is nothing I can't overcome.⁣

⁣

+You are greater than any challenge I will ever face.⁣

⁣

The promises of God⁣

+But what the Lord has planned will stand forever. His thoughts never change.⁣

+Although you cannot know the details of the future, you can be assured of God’s blessing on your future. ⁣

Peace from God

+As believers in Christ, seeking God's wisdom helps us as we face difficult decisions.⁣

+When we're deciding on anything in life, large or small, the Scriptures instruct us to "trust in the Lord with all [our] heart and lean not on [our] own understanding" (Proverbs 3:5).⁣

⁣

+When we rely on our own judgment, we can become confused and worry about missing an important detail or making the wrong choice.⁣

⁣

+When we look to God for the answers, however, He'll "make [our] paths straight" (v. 6). He'll give us clarity and peace as we make decisions in our day-to-day lives.⁣

⁣

+God doesn't want us to be paralyzed or overwhelmed by the weight of our decisions.⁣

⁣

+We can find peace in the wisdom and direction He provides when we bring our concerns to Him in prayer.⁣

⁣

🙏Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word. It guides me, encourages me, and shows me what is true when I feel confused.⁣

⁣

+Please help me to stay motivated in growing closer to You every day by reading the Bible. I know the work will be worth it.⁣

+Sometimes you may face difficulties in life not because you are doing something wrong but because you are doing something right.⁣

+All of us will face tests, trials and temptations in life. You are not alone. Jesus himself never did anything wrong, yet he faced greater tests, trials and temptations than anyone in human history.⁣

+Trust that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).🙌⁣

Trust God to rescue you⁣⁣

+It is sometimes very hard to keep trusting in God, especially if things seem to go wrong in your life – with your relationships, work, finances, health or some other situation. ⁣

+God has a plan in place for you, and it may require you to step out of the realm of your comfort zone.⁣

+You may be uncomfortable. You may be scared. You may not feel that you are ready, but you will be when it’s time.⁣

+Often, fear is what comes before change, and change is necessary for growth. Your want for success and happiness must be stronger than your fear of failure.⁣

+Your faith must triumph over your fear. God puts us in situations of discomfort for a reason.⁣

+God is greater than your fear of failure.⁣
