🙏 God, thank You for promising to bring me peace. In every situation, help me to continue to keep my mind on You and Your good promises.

+Because I trust in Your control, I know I don’t have to be anxious about anything. Please remind me every day of this truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

PRAYER 🕯️

🙏 When everything around me is changing, I praise and thank You, Lord, that You are constant, my anchor when life gets rough, and my firm foundation when things are unsteady.

+Help me to root myself in You so firmly and so deeply that nothing can shake me.

+Help me to stand strong in every storm I’ll face, safe in the knowledge that I can trust You completely. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

LIGHT

+If you are struggling at the moment with the circumstances of your life, stay close to Jesus and remember that God can be glorified in defeat.

+The greatest triumphs in our lives sometimes occur when the circumstances seem to be hardest. 😊

🙏 God, Your Word is filled with promises that offer guidance for my life.

+Sometimes it’s difficult to know what Your promises mean, so please allow me to trust the depth of Your faithfulness.

+Light my path and give me clarity on how You want me to live. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻💛

‘Perfect peace’ 🕊️

+The secret to ‘perfect peace’ lies in this Scripture: ‘You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!’ (Isaiah 26:3 NLT.)

+It’s not your circumstances, but how you think about them that robs you of peace. Focusing on your circumstances just causes more anxiety, because circumstances constantly change and often spin out of your control.

+However, God never changes, and nothing ever spins out of His control.

+You may not intend it that way, but every time you give in to worry, in essence, you’re saying: ‘I don’t believe God can or will handle this for me. I’m not sure I can trust Him in this matter, so I’ll just have to carry this burden and take care of the problem myself.’

+God is either the object of your trust or just a part-time helper you call on when you can’t handle things on your own. When you begin to see God as playing the major role and you the minor one, you’ll begin to find the peace which has eluded you for so long.

🙏 Father, I need Your perfect peace today. You know what’s best, and You can see the way through for me. In every problem I encounter, You go before me.

+Help me to simply follow in Your footsteps and focus on You. I refuse to be overwhelmed by worries, so instead I choose to trust in You completely.

+Thank You, Father, for Your love and care, which is beyond anything I could imagine! In Jesus name, Amen! 🙌☝️🪄🌻🖤

God Will Restore You ☝️

+If we’re being honest, our spiritual lives can sometimes feel like walking through a dry desert. Some seasons of life are exhausting and difficult to persevere through.

+But in those seasons, God continues to refresh and satisfy His people. He continues to uphold us when we are tired.

+He does these things for us because His character never changes. He is the same God who continually refreshes His people.

+So if you currently feel tired and exhausted, take a moment today to sit with God in prayer. Tell Him exactly how you feel and what is going on in your life.

+Ask Him to refresh your soul and satisfy you if you feel weary and weak. Allow Him to refresh you and give you rest, and continue to build a habit of talking with God each and every day.

🙏 God, when I am weak, You are strong. When I am lonely, You are my comforter.

+When I feel unable to keep moving forward, You give me the strength I need to persevere.

+Please remind me when I feel overwhelmed that You are with me. Refresh my soul, and give me rest. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌🪄🌻🩵

GOD IS FAITHFUL

We all have to face hard things. It's not if you will face them, but when. But when those challenges come, you can know you’re not alone.

+Recalling God’s faithfulness in the past helps us trust Him with the future. Even when faced with worst-case scenarios, God is not surprised.

+He’s already gone before you. No matter what happens, life’s trials and difficulties will not get the final say. God is still powerful, still providing, and still protecting you … and nothing can stand against our God.

+So today, as you think back on your life, how have you seen God’s faithfulness? And how can those memories help you trust Him with your future?

🙏 God, You know me. You know what I am facing, and what I’ve already overcome. Please draw near to me right now. Please remind me that You are near me.

+Show me glimpses of Your faithfulness in this season. Restore my hope and my joy, and teach me how to place my trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

FAITHFUL GOD

+Even in life’s hardest and most depressing seasons, God is with us and is listening to us. 

+We will all go through seasons of sadness and grief. The first step is to come before God and honestly express yourself to Him. Tell Him exactly how you feel. 

+Next, remember the promises that He has given you in His Word. Recount how much He loves you and cares for you. 

+And lastly, encourage yourself to put hope in God. Move towards songs of praise in spite of your current circumstances. 🙌

🙏 God, it’s easy for me to worry about circumstances in my life. Each day, help me to remember that You are always in control.

+Today, I’m trusting in Your provision, protection, and plans for me.

+Because I know You care about every need and desire I have—I know I can rest. Give me peace as I give You control of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen. ☝️🪄🌻♥️

God’s remedy for stress

+If you’re on overload, ask God for wisdom to change your schedule. When the problem you’re facing is too big for you to handle, give it to Him – and don’t take it back.

+Let Him think His thoughts through you, and allow His peace, power, and patience to take charge of your mind.

+Practise doing this at the beginning of each day, and as often as you need to throughout the day. It’s God’s remedy for stress!

🙏 Father, thank You that You’ll carry all my worries and relieve my burdens. But sometimes I find it difficult to hand them completely over to You.

+I feel compelled to take them back, to let them play on my mind, instead of putting all my trust in You.

+So today, I’m making a choice: I’m giving every concern to You, and believing that You’re dealing with each one – because the truth is, You already know the answers to all my worries, and You’ve never failed me. Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻💚

Prayer ❣️

🙏 God, You are Lord over all, and there is no battle You can’t win. But sometimes I forget this, and I try to fight my battles in my own strength.⠀

+And as I realise that it’s not going to work, my anxieties grow and grow. Help me, Lord, to bring You into every problem, large or small, that I need to face.⠀

+When challenges come, help me turn to You as my first thought, not as my last resort. Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

Your Hope in Times of Trouble

+Almost everyone, each in our own way, have been dealing with fear, grief and trauma. However difficult your situation may be – however much ‘trouble’ you are facing in your life, you can have hope.

+Hope is the confident expectation of God’s ultimate blessing in this life and the life to come, based upon the goodness and promises of God. With Jesus, there is always hope. 😊

🙏 Help me, Father, to live in today rather than jumping ahead to meet tomorrow’s worries.⠀

+Remind me that just as You’re meeting my needs today, You’ll also be there for me in the days ahead.

+Help me to cling to the only certainty of the future – that You’ll be with me. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌☝️🪄🌻❣️

PRAYER

🙏 Father, I’m so grateful that I can come to You with any situation, and You will hear and answer me. Today, I come to You with my questions, concerns, and plans for the future.⠀

+Please help me to listen to Your voice, and trust Your direction. Your Word tells me time and again to put my trust in You and not allow worry to rule my life.⠀

+Whenever fear takes root in my mind, help me turn my thoughts to Your promises. I want to live the life You’ve blessed me with to the full, not hindered by fear.⠀

+Help me stand strong against it whenever it tries to take control. In Jesus’ name, Amen. ☝️🙌🪄🌻❣️

PRAYER 🙏

🙏 Lord, I know I sometimes forget how great, how powerful, and how trustworthy You are. But no battle is too much for You.

+No threat can dethrone You. Nothing is impossible for You. So today, Lord, I pray for a fresh realisation of who You are and what You can do.

+Help me to cling to the reality of You and to know that You’re so much bigger than any problem I’ll ever face. Amen. ☝️🙌🌻🪄💚

Peace, in spite of the circumstances 💟

+God rarely sends us into situations where our comfort level is high. Instead He promises to be with us in spite of our fear.

+It’s God’s presence, not comfortable circumstances that strengthen our faith and bring out the best in us. 😊

🙏 Father, thank You that with Your help, I can change my thought patterns.

+Reveal those habits in my thinking that are harmful and that increase anxiety, and help me replace them with a mind that’s always tuned to You.

+Thank You that You equip me to move out of old, unhelpful mindsets to ones that are grounded in the peace that you promise. In Jesus’ name, Amen. ☝️🙌🪄🌻♥️
