+Jesus said, ‘With *God* all things are possible’ (Matthew 19:26).⁣

+This is far more than the power of positive thinking. It is *the power of God* that makes what seems impossible possible.⁣

+Nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37).⁣

+As believers in Jesus, we're called to live by faith as we look to Him for solutions.⁣

+As He provides the strength, we can choose to fear or to trust Him.⁣

+God says we're blessed - fully satisfied - when we choose to place our trust in Him. 🙌⁣

🙏 Lord, thank you for the example of Job – his faithfulness and trust in you even during the struggles of life.⁣

God's Protection 💌

🙏 God, I need a reminder of Your protection today. You know exactly what I'm going through, and You also know what I need.⁣

GOD'S PROTECTION

+How comforting to know that our Heavenly Father is so great that He's able to attend to each of us in the most intimate ways - even sustaining every breath in our lungs for as long as we live.

+He promises His people, "Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you" (Isaiah 46:4).

+God always has time for us. He understands every detail of our circumstances - no matter how complex or difficult - and is there whenever we call on Him in prayer. We never have to wait in line for our Savior's unlimited love.

HOW CAN YOU SHARE HIS LOVE WITH OTHERS?

🙏 Father God, You are faithful! Nothing is impossible for You, and nothing is too hard for You. My problems, pain, grief, and hurt-You know it all, and You carefully support me through every season.

Wait patiently!

God is our Mighty ROCK!

+Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.⁣

+Jesus clearly states that our lives must be built through obedience and trust upon Him.⁣

⁣

+When we rest in Him, our lives can find solid ground through God's power and unending grace.⁣

⁣

+Chris doesn't promise us that we'll never face storms.⁣

⁣

+But He does say that when He's our rock, those storms will never wash away our faith-fortified foundation in Him.⁣

⁣

🙏 Father, storms are inevitable in life. Help us to choose to dwell daily in Scripture and strengthen our strong foundation in You. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙌☝️🤍

God YOU ARE IN CONTROL! 🙏

+In both the times of suffering, and the times of success, we should acknowledge that it is God who is in control.⁣

Following God Even When It’s Difficult⁣⁣

+I have often found that following God can sometimes be lonely.⁣

+The people we depend on the most for support and encouragement can disappoint us.⁣

+They often misunderstand us, and may even criticize us for the path we have chosen.⁣

+Even in this, God has purpose. It is important that we look to God and not to people.⁣

⁣

+We all love approval, but we must not need it in order to obey God. If we do, we will surely be defeated.⁣

+No matter what you are going through, God will never leave you. And He has the ability to take it all and make it good.⁣

+Making the most of your day can sometimes be difficult. Especially in those days when you feel like you are alone.⁣

Cast Your Care⁣

Lean on God

+When you accept that God’s up to something that you can’t see or understand right now, you don’t just roll over and play dead and resign yourself to despair.⁣

+No, you keep praying for a miracle from him unless he tells you otherwise.⁣

+But you don’t pretend that everything is okay when clearly it’s not. ⁣

+Sometime, something is going to happen that you don’t like.⁣

+You remember what God has done. You accept what God is doing.⁣

HAPPY NEW YEAR! God’s Promises⁣⁣

+Sometimes the reason we’re not getting answers to our questions is that we’re not willing to pause and wait long enough for God to reveal himself to us. ⁣

+The writer of Psalm 46:10 quotes God: “Be still, and know that I am God.” ⁣

+Notice what God did not say: “Be busy, and know that I am God.” ⁣

+He said, “Be still.” Be. Still. And listen. ⁣

+How do you actually listen to God? You can open his Word and let his Spirit bring truth to life.⁣

⁣

+God speaks through circumstances, if you pause long enough to reflect. He speaks through people, offering divine wisdom from heaven. And he can speak directly to you through his Spirit.⁣

⁣

+When you belong to him, spend time with him, and quiet yourself before him, you will learn to recognize his voice. ⁣

⁣

+Maybe you’ve been asking God for what you need. That’s perfectly reasonable; God wants us to reach out to him.⁣

⁣

+But are you willing to listen to what he has to say to you, even if his answer isn’t what you want to hear?⁣

⁣

+Keep listening. God will not abandon you in your time of need; he will tenaciously hold you close and carry you through your pain. ⁣

⁣

🙏 Pray: God, I’m ready to listen. What are your plans in this situation? How can I grow through this?⁣

⁣

+God, Your Word is filled with promises that offer guidance for my life. Sometimes it is difficult to know what Your promises mean, so please help me understand the depth of Your faithfulness.⁣
