Responding to God at All Times⁣⁣

+Throughout our lives, we will experience both suffering and joy. We will have times of great grief and times of overflowing happiness.⁣

+Sometimes, they'll be separate seasons-but sometimes these experiences come together.⁣

+When suffering clouds our thinking, we can sometimes forget to prioritize prayer. And when things are going well and we are cheerful, it's easy to just enjoy our season and not think to praise God for it.⁣

+When we are suffering, let us pray. When those around us are suffering, let us pray. When we are cheerful or happy. let us praise God. When others are happy, let us praise God with them. In every circumstance or situation, let's go to God with everything, and trust Him with everything.⁣

+When we do that, we keep our eyes on Jesus, and He helps us endure every situation we face.⁣

⁣

+So what are you facing right now? Take a moment to pray to God and tell Him all you're going through. Then, reflect on the good things happening in your life, and tell God, "Thank You." 😊⁣

+It’s when life is difficult. It’s when a move from God is the only way breakthrough will be achieved.⁣

+Are you the same person during your trials or is God only good when your life is good? One of the greatest testaments to God’s goodness is a faith that’s unwavering. ⁣

+Maybe everything you have been through is to establish a firm foundation for everything God is taking you to. Can He trust you?⁣

+Can He trust that when your life doesn’t go as planned you’re still going to honor Him and trust Him and live for Him? Don’t make the mistake of thinking your trials are wasted seasons.⁣

+When you’re living a life to honor God, nothing is wasted. Every trial you go through has significance when the Savior is involved. 😊⁣

🙏 God help me to view the trial phase as a preparatory phase. I know that the trials of today lay the foundation of tomorrow.⁣

God teaches us to respond through trials

+God teaches us how to respond and grow through trials because He knows trials are coming (John 16:33).⁣

+Maybe God won’t move the mountain that’s in front of you, but He’ll give you the strength to climb it.⁣

⁣

+And it’s in that process of climbing it, He will teach you and mold you into exactly who He created you to be. ⁣

⁣

+Trials have a neat way of helping us discover things about ourselves. There are things the valley will teach us that we could never learn from the mountaintop. ⁣

+We don’t trust in Christ because we want to be blessed. We trust in Christ because of his faithfulness and his promises.⁣

+If He never does another good thing for us – we can always trust in the love that was displayed on the cross, knowing that was way more than we ever deserved. 😊⁣

🙏 God please help me to respond in a way that glorifies You. I know that your word says You are working ALL things to the good, so help me to remember that during my seasons of struggle.⁣

+It could even, as in the case of the Corinthians, be caused by our own sin or mistakes. What matters is how you respond. For some, times such as these drive them away from God.⁣⁣

+For others, like the Corinthians, it is the making of them. Their distress drove them to God. It transformed them into a people whom God was able to use powerfully.⁣⁣

🙏 God, thank You for redeeming every part of my life. You are a hiding place for me, and You preserve me from trouble.⁣⁣

Trust God and Rest⁣⁣
