+While we sometimes think we can fix our problems, we’re actually inadequate at it. God is the only one who truly knows exactly what we need.⁣

+Regardless of whether or not you’re worried or anxious right now, we should all make a habit of running to God with our desires and worries.⁣

⁣

+Our first response should be prayer. Before we're overcome with anxiety, we train ourselves how to respond to it—by turning to God. 😊⁣

🙏 God, I need you to breathe life into me today. There are lies that have been said about me that I am starting to believe, but I know I can find hope and restoration in Your Word!⁣
